Our Values

The church is, we believe, foundationally a called people. A people who have a mission given, and a responsibility to fulfill that mission. Jesus framed this mission in Matthew 28:18-20:

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

The mission of our Lord is our mission. Therefore, we believe our purpose is to make followers of Jesus. To spread the gospel and to plant healthy churches through nurturing, equipping and commission Christ’s disciples until He returns.

Community of Love

What are we if we don’t have and practice love and care for one another? Paul has some pretty harsh words in answer to that question. Our ambition is to practice this as a highest value: to love others as we have been loved by God through Jesus.

Life of Worship

This is the right offering given to our God who is worthy. A life of worship is something we actively participate in on a daily basis. Declaring the worth of God with our choices, finances, and ambitions.

Unity in His Spirit

Our unity is not uniformity, nor is it the absence of disagreement. Our unity is a Spiritual union with Christ that brings us into perfect unity with one another. As we each learn to walk more in-step with his Spirit, so we will walk more in step with one another.
