We are so excited for the opportunity to be worshipping together in-person once again! But as we return to this, we want to do so with care and that will require a shared commitment from us all. Here are the few simple steps that we will all follow to begin worshipping together again at SCBC.

A note as you and your family consider attending:

  • If you are 70+ years old OR if you have not yet received at least one vaccination, we encourage you to wait a little while longer before attending. You are, of course, welcome as are all people, but we care about you and want you to consider that decision carefully.

The steps:

Step one:

Please start by reading the COVID protocols for all attendees. We will do our best to keep these up to date, as the government restrictions and circumstances change.

Step two:

Register to attend here on our website. Ideally, please do so by Friday of each week.

Step three:

On Sunday, before attending, do a final health check from home.

Confirm that you:

Including:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Loss of sense of smell or taste
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of appetite
  • Extreme fatigue or tiredness
  • Headache
  • Body aches
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Step four:

Check-in with Ushers and safety monitors when entering the church building through the front double-wooden doors. Presenting your ticket/qr code will speed up this process.

Please note for the month of January 2022:

In person worship services and Sunday school has been suspended for the month of January, 2022 due to rising cases of COVID within our community. Please join us online, you can find a link to our online worship services on our home page.
